In late 2024, we made a bold move toward sustainability by retiring our old uniforms in favour of a new line of eco-friendly workwear. One of the standout pieces in our collection is the gilet, crafted from 100% recycled polyester. This material effectively turns plastic waste—like bottles that would have ended up in landfills—into practical attire.
Each size large gilet is made from the equivalent of one litter of plastic bottle waste. This transformation shows how we can turn environmental challenges into real-world solutions.

Many of our staff were pleasantly surprised to discover that the quality of the gilets exceeded their expectations. There were some initial concerns about the capabilities of recycled goods, but it turns out these gilets are anything but subpar! Comfort is crucial in a variety of work environments, and our new gilets effectively keep engineers warm in challenging conditions. The lightweight fabric allows for flexibility, while the insulation ensures warmth without bulk.
We truly value employee feedback as it plays a crucial role in our continuous improvement. When our team feels valued and comfortable in their work attire, it boosts motivation and engagement.
The introduction of eco-friendly workwear is just the initiation of our journey toward sustainability. We envision a future where environmentally friendly practices are embedded in every aspect of our company. As we advance, we will explore new materials and streamline our operations to enhance our environmental commitment.
This uniform upgrade is part of a larger strategy aimed at solidifying our role as leaders in sustainability. Our goal is to inspire others in the industry to adopt similar practices. We firmly believe that when companies align their operations with eco-friendly values, it creates a powerful ripple effect, driving change across sectors.
We are committed to reviewing our supply chains, materials, and processes to ensure they reflect our eco-friendly goals.
