I’ve only been at B-engineering for a little over a month, but I’ve learned much more than I would’ve in a basic college setting. If you’re anything like me an academic setting is not the way to go, at B-engineering I’ve been able to dive in head first with all the necessary support. Even though I’m the youngest one in the room at any given time, I still get treated like an equal. The odds of that happening at a college are unlikely. Some things I have learned include; using Excel to a high level and shortcuts through the programme, a full order procedure for uniforms and PPE on Big Change, and assisting with other aspects. I also now have experience in compliance for Hands HQ and Breathe HR.
​This has made me more confident in the office environment and to make the most of the opportunity I have been given.
