At B-engineering, we are dedicated to equipping our employees with the resources necessary for their growth and development, while also providing them with the skills to lead effectively and maintain a safe environment for everyone. This week, we welcomed the next group of engineers for the IOSH Managing Safely®️ course, developed by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). This respected accreditation promotes excellent occupational health and safety standards in the workplace.

Daisy, the founder of Silcock Safety Solutions and host of the Safety Angels podcast, led the workshop. She has collaborated with B-engineering for many years, educating our staff on industry safety practices. Recently, she organised the NEBOSH accreditation for our Project Management team, which will soon be available to all Project Managers who have not yet achieved this certification. Our goal is to ensure that all Project Managers are NEBOSH certified, while also providing IOSH certification for all management personnel, reinforcing our commitment to creating a a strong safety culture at B-engineering.

Check out Daisy's podcast to stay up to date with all things H&S on: health-and-safety-angels.captivate.fm "If you just need to get to the bottom of health and safety in an easy, non jargon way then this is the podcast for you. We're busting the barriers of health and safety in the workplace, without the big words and monotone voices. We're going back to the beginning and discussing what health and safety is, why it is important, and what everything means. This isn't a podcast for H&S professionals but for those that need to understand H&S for their business or their role within the workplace."
