B-engineering Sponsors the U16 Warrington Rugby Cup 2025

We are excited to announce that B-engineering will officially sponsor the U16s Warrington Cup for the next two years. This collaboration complements our existing partnership with the Warrington Wolves, where we sponsored the East stand at Halliwell Jones Stadium.

Rob Ditchfield, the owner of B-engineering and long-term supporter of the rugby league, shared his enthusiasm :

"Supporting the youth of Warrington in their rugby league journey is incredibly rewarding. I started playing the game at ten, and it instilled in me invaluable life skills like teamwork, discipline, and communication. Our business is dedicated to aiding 16–18 year olds in transitioning from school to employment, and this sponsorship aligns perfectly with our values."

The finals, which will be on the 18th of October, will be between Warrington's Crosfield and the Woolston Rovers, a landmark event for junior rugby for the U16s. The two long-time rivals have played many memorable games together, making for an exciting match to come.

Paul Arnison, Head coach of Crosfield added: "The Crosfields U16s are buzzing with anticipation as we gear up for the final of the new Warrington Cup. This clash is reminiscent of the 2011 tournament, where Crosfields narrowly defeated Woolston 12–6. It’s been a long wait for the competition to return, and we’re eager for what promises to be a fantastic event for the town’s rugby league community. We wish all teams the best and hope the players create lasting memories on the iconic stage of Halliwell Jones Stadium. Who knows, some of these young stars might one day don the primrose and blue for the Wire."
