Case Study: Solar PV
The solar project includes a 33 kWp capacity and 2 EV car chargers. The solar capacity will ensure a substantial reduction in carbon footprint by harnessing the power of the sun to generate clean electricity. Additionally, the installation of 2 EV car chargers encourages the adoption of electric vehicles, providing convenient infrastructure for employees and visitors who have made the environmentally-friendly choice to drive electric.
Project
Delivery
The solar system included 72 455 W panels on a rail-less mounting system with DC strings returning to the building. Cables were contained and connected to a Solax X Pro 30kWh inverter. Isolation switches and a MID-compliant CHIT Modbus meter were installed for standards compliance and a professional look.
Benefits
The Solax inverter comes with the ability for both client and B-engineering to monitor the system. The client is provided with an app that details how much energy is being generated, and how much energy is being fed to or pulled from the grid. We can monitor
the systems remotely via our installers app, thus we can ensure the system is running as intended.
